Overview

Sassy Charm Boutique will happily accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date your order shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Sassy Charm Boutique also offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped. You can start your exchange here.  

Defective merchandise that is damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care here within 3 DAYS of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Monogrammed
  • Personalized
  • Embroidered
  • Custom Shirts
  • Sale items

Defective Items

If you have received defective merchandise, please contact customer care within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or exchange. You must include a photo of the damage/defect.

Sassy Charm Boutique is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions, and different photography equipment. Clothing patterns may also vary due to manufacturing processes. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.

Exchanges

Sassy Charm Boutique only exchange items if they are defective or the item is a wrong size. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges will be for the same item only.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To start the return process fill out the return form here. Then you will need to ship your item(s) back to Sassy Charm Boutique. To return your item(s), you should ship your product to: 5570 FM 423, Suite 250 #2213, Frisco, TX 75036.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When shipping your return, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
